My name is Veronica Shnell, and The School RESET Method™ was born from real classroom experience, not theory.

I started as a paraprofessional working as a floater and administrative assistant to the discipline assistant principal. That meant I saw both sides of student behavior. I saw what happened inside the classroom before a referral was written, and I saw what landed on the assistant principal’s desk after the classroom system had already broken down.

Then I was placed in several classrooms where I had to learn classroom management quickly. I could not rely on constant referrals because those referrals went to the same assistant principal I worked beside. I had to figure out how to manage behavior in the moment, hold students accountable, protect the learning environment, and still keep respect between the student, teacher, and administrator.

That experience taught me something powerful.

Teachers do not need another punishment-only system. They need a practical structure that helps them respond immediately, correct behavior fairly, and keep the classroom moving without yelling, power struggles, or sending every issue to the office.

The School RESET Method™ was created because many schools are dealing with repeated disruptions, teacher stress, strained parent communication, student behavior challenges, and culture breakdown.
